Sealed bids are requested for the demolition of the Former Extension Office building located at 115 West Court St, Kingwood, WV 26537. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked 'Abatement and Demolition of 115 West Court Street Kingwood, WV.' Bid forms and specifications are available for inspection at 106 West Main St, Suite 202, Kingwood, WV 26537, and copies may be obtained by qualified bidders. Proposals must be submitted on the provided bid forms. Bids are sought from responsible and established bidders with experience in abatement and demolition. Evidence of sufficient capital, equipment, and personnel may be required. The Preston County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held.
