Qualified contractors are to provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the general construction of a new 15,000 SF Partridge House (In-House Addictions Treatment Facility), which will be a single-story wood-framed structure with an ICF foundation. The scope includes site work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, all located at 85 Blair Road, Bombay, New York. Bidders are instructed to use Procore construction project management software for viewing and downloading all proposal documents. Interested proposers must contact the Grants and Contracts Office to be added to the proposers list and obtain documents, drawings, and technical specifications. Questions and requests must be directed to the Grants & Contracts Office no later than five days before the bid opening. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates, proposal/bid, and contract security are mandatory requirements. Preferences are given to Native American Owned Businesses, Women Business Enterprises, Veterans with Disabilities Business Enterprises, Minority Business Enterprises, and Veterans Business Enterprises. Any proponent claiming Native American Preference must submit evidence with the proposal, and the successful contractor and their sub-contractors will be required to complete a Native American Preference Employment Plan and Agreement.
