**As of March 26th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded 1-2 weeks** The Crestmore Village Apartments is designated for families and was constructed in 2000. The site contains six walk-up two-story buildings consisting of 80 units and an accessory building, roof covered gazebo, mail area and parking on approximately 8.78 acres. The gross building area is 84,197 square feet per the Douglas County Assessor's Office. The existing roof is asphalt shingle. The apartment units will be occupied during work activities. **Bid documents MUST be obtained directly from the owner in order to be a plan holder and bid on this project.** Nevada Rural Housing Authority, a local government entity, is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors interested in completing the re-roofing of the Crestmore Village Apartments at 1330 Stodick Parkway, Gardnerville, Nevada. The Crestmore Village Apartments contain 80-units within 6 two-story buildings. This project is subject to Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates. Contractors will be required to obtain a performance and payment bond if the cost is over $150,000.
