The City of Lake City (hereinafter, "City'') has issued this Request for Proposals (hereinafter, "RFP") with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining responses from qualified and experienced contractors to select a pre-qualified pool of contractors to provide residential and commercial redevelopment and improvement activities in support of the Community Redevelopment Agency programs. This contractor pool supports CRA grant-funded projects and does not guarantee any work assignments. Projects are subject to eligibility requirements and CRA Board approval, and no work begins until CRA approval and Notice to Proceed are issued. All questions submitted and answers provided shall be electronically distributed via email to proposers following this solicitation on the City's e-Procurement Portal. Please include section referenced for each question in order to ensure that questions asked are responded to correctly. The intent of this solicitation is to select a pre-qualified pool of Contractors to bid on residential and commercial redevelopment and improvement projects to be administered by the Community Redevelopment Agency. Projects funded under CRA programs are typically capped at $10,000 for residential and $25,000 for commercial per project (for informational purposes only; CRA program requirements and Board approval determine the actual award amounts).
