Provide Atrium Mezzanine Design Services by delivering two concept designs and one final design for the construction of an atrium mezzanine office space within the atrium area of the Department of Public Works Building at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Work requires strong experience in integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing considerations and calculations into architectural design. Only firms legally permitted to practice architecture or engineering may be considered, and all responsible, qualified small business sources may submit a quotation. Requirements include adherence to Section L instructions regarding the scheduled site visit, the question-and-answer process, and the preparation and submission of the offeror's quote, as failure to follow these instructions may result in removal from consideration.
