Installation of twenty-one solar-powered parking lot lights at buildings 6003, 6004, and 6005, including three lights at building 6003, two lights at building 6004, and sixteen lights at building 6005. Work includes providing all materials and labor; preparing and submitting an installation work plan and schedule; coordinating parking lot closures at least five working days before starting; establishing a twenty-foot standoff area around the work zone; and installing new light fixtures without demolishing existing fixtures, which will remain in place for future use. After installation, lights shall be configured to operate from dusk to dawn. The contractor shall remove debris and packaging materials and conduct an operational verification test of all twenty-one fixtures in the presence of Government representatives, correcting any deficiencies and repeating verification as required. New fixtures are stored at Missile Parts Warehouse (MPW), building 3036, and must be picked up in coordination with the Government.
