Description

Site work for a transportation facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

The existing communications cabinet has deteriorated and reached the end of its useful life. This project will replace the existing cabinet and install heating and air conditioning for the cabinet. Substantial Completion is 270 Days after Notice to Proceed. Final Completion is 330 days after Notice to Proceed. There are liquidated damages for failure to meet the substantial and final completion milestones, $350.00 per day for failure to meet substantial completion and $250.00 per day for failure to meet final completion. There is no DBE goal for this project.
