Remodeling of a library in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the remodel of a library; and library.
Sealed bids are invited for the complete remodel of the two public restrooms located on the lower level of the Louis Stokes Wing of the Cleveland Public Library, located at 525 Superior Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. The project also includes construction of three ADA accessible unisex restrooms on the first floor in the space known as the 'Indoor Reading Garden.' The scope of work includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior renovation and improvements, and other items as needed. Bidders are instructed to obtain contract documents directly from the designated printer, review documents at specified plan rooms or obtain digital copies from the library's Procore site. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to the procurement coordinator by the specified deadline. Requests for substitutions may be submitted for consideration and will only be accepted through written addenda. Prevailing wage and equal employment opportunity requirements apply. Compliance with the designated subcontract form and Drug Free Safety Program is encouraged.
