The University of Louisville Procurement Services, on behalf of University Planning, Design, and Construction (UPDC), is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and experienced contractors for Phase 2 of the Lower Level (LL) Renovations at the School of Dentistry. This phase represents a critical component of the overall renovation effort and is intended to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and operational capacity of the dental school's lower level. Phase 2 consists of the renovation and expansion of the billing office areas, encompassing approximately 1,650 square feet of interior space. RFI Deadline is 2/6 at noon.
