Moving approximately 25 Water Services from a 6 Main to a 10 D.I.P. Main; installing 1 Hydrant; connecting an existing 6 service to the 10 main; abandoning 4 and 6 watermains, and Related Appurtenances for Liberty Street (NYS Rte. 14A) in the Village of Penn Yan. Due to existing storm and sanitary sewers, open cut is allowed. Proposals must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS . The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond, and provide insurance in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS . The Village of Penn Yan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items which may be deemed most favorable to the Village s best interests.
