**As of April 9th, 2026, the owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” The purpose of this project is to expand the District's brine disposal capacity by including a new brine transfer pump station at the NWTP site and a new high pressure deep well injection pump station to dispose of reverse osmosis (RO) brine at a new wellsite near Harvest Road and East 136th Ave, in Adams County, Colorado. Construction of the pipeline to transfer brine from the NWTP to the deep well location, and the deep injection well are excluded from this request for proposal. No proposal will be accepted from anyfirst, person, or corporation, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible, or unreliable by the District Board of Directors.Contractor shall be prepared to participate in an interview if so desired by the Owner as soon as the morning of March 11, 2026. The term of this Contract shall be from the date first set forth above and shall expire on July 30, 2026, or by the exercise of the termination provisions specified herein, whichever occurs first.
