The City of Brighton's Utilities Department wishes to retain the services of qualified erosion and sediment control and spill response contractors ("Contractor or Contractors") familiar with and capable of the implementation of various erosion and sediment control measures and best management practices on an on-call basis. To ensure timely response and avoid delays in addressing urgent needs, the City seeks to establish a responsive on-call agreement that allows crew dispatch, equipment usage, and material delivery and installation quickly, and billed according to actual time and resource usage.
