Renovation of a transportation facility in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Replace Airfield Emergency Generator New bi-fuel (natural gas and LPG) generator installed in winterized, outdoor enclosure on new concrete foundation to serve Terminal; two (2) new automatic transfer switches (ATSs); add positioning functions for PBBs 2 and 3 to new generator system to enable passenger to deplane into Terminal during utility power outage; new feeders from outdoor generator to ATSs, branch circuits to generator set ancillaries (coolant heater, oil heater, battery heater, lights, GFCI receptacle); trenching for new direct buried conduit bedding and placement, new remote annunciator panel, new natural gas piping A paper hard copy prequalification is required to be submitted PRIOR to the bid opening. The proper prequalification form must be sent to the DOT to establish prequalification and remain valid prior to the deadline for prequalification indicated below. Prequalifications submitted after the deadline will be processed but a bid from that firm will not be opened for any project where the deadline has been exceeded.
