The Above Public Work Will Be Let to the Lowest Responsible Bidder and Shall Be Performed in Accor-dance With the Plans and Specifi-cations for the Same Now on File. With the Engineering Depart-ment for the Inspection of Bidders and in Accordance With the Pre-pared Form of Contract and Bond Also on File With Said Engineering Department. No Bid Shall Be Awarded Unless Accompanied by Certificate of or-ganization and Authority, Disclo-sure of Ownership, Together With a List of Subcontractors; and No Bid Shall Be Received Without Cer-tified Check for Not Less Than 5%, Nor More Than 10% of the Total Amount Bid or a Bid Bond for Not Less Than 5% Nor More Than 10% of the Total Amount Bid.bidder's Proof of Responsibility Paperwork Must Be on File With the City of La Crosse. If Not Up-to-date, New Paperwork Shall Be Submitted Electronically to the Director of Finance, via Email at: 4 Apvendors@cityoflacrosse.org the Subject Line Shall Be "Bidder's Proof."
