10th & King Sanitary Laterals Replacement of Sanitary Lateral Boring New Sanitary Lateral Abandonment of Storm Main The Above Public Work Will Be Let to the Lowest Responsible Bidder and Shall Be Performed in Accor-dance With the Plans and Specifi-cations for the Same Now on File With the Engineering Department for the Inspection of Bidders and in Accordance With the Prepared Form of Contract and Bond Also on File With Said Engineering Depart-ment. No Bid Shall Be Awarded Unless Accompanied by Certificate of or-ganization and Authority, Disclo-sure of Ownership, Together With a List of Subcontractors; and No Bid Shall Be Received Without Cer-tified Check for Not Less Than 5%, Nor More Than 10% of the Total Amount Bid or a Bid Bond for Not Less Than 5% Nor More Than 10% of the Total Amount Bid. Pre-Qualification: Yes The Time for Commencement of the Work Shall Be No Sooner Than Ten (10) Days After Common Council Shall Have Awarded the Contract and Shall Be Completed by 3rd of July, 2026. Bids Will Be Accepted Only From Such Qualified Bidders. The Notice to Contractors, the Information to Bidders, the Bid Proposal, the Certificate of Orga-nization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, Bid Bond and List of Subcontractors, the Perfor-mance-payment Bond, the Gen-eral Conditions, Specifications, Plans, Addenda (if Any), and All Ordinances of the City Applicable to This Contract Shall Be Consid-ered a Part of the Contract. The Time for Commencement of the Work Shall Be No Sooner Than Ten (10) Days After Common Council Shall Have Awarded the Contract and Shall Be Completed by 30th of October, 2026. Bid get Rejected.
