The County of La Crosse reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the County. Furnishing of all labor and material for the reconstruction of CTH NN between CTH M and STH 162 in La Crosse County. The western segment includes a pulverize and relay along with concrete deck repairs of bridge structure P-32-77. The eastern segment includes reconstruction of the pavement structure and roadway. La Crosse County will be self-performing HMA Pavement and aggregate shouldering.
