Items to Bid Include Approximately 1730 Lf of New Curb and Gutter, 640 Lf of Storm Sewer, 7 Storm Sewer Catch Ba-sins, 3 New Storm Sewer Man-holes, 809 Lf of Sanitary Sewer Main, 2 New Sanitary Manholes, 930 Lf of Watermain, and Other Items Necessary to Complete the Project. No Bid Shall Be Awarded Unless Accompanied by Certificate of or-ganization and Authority, Disclo-sure of Ownership, Together With a List of Subcontractors; and No Bid Shall Be Received Without Cer-tified Check for Not Less Than 5%, Nor More Than 10% of the Total Amount Bid or a Bid Bond for Not Less Than 5% Nor More Than 10% of the Total Amount Bid.bidder's Proof of Responsibility Paperwork Must Be on File With the City of La Crosse. The Time for Commencement of the Work Shall Be No Sooner Than Ten (10) Days After Common Council Shall Have Awarded the Contract and Shall Be Completed by October 9 Th, 2026.
