If Not Up-to-date, New Paperwork Shall Be Submitted Electronically to the Director of Finance, via Email at: Apvendors@cityoflacrosse.org. The Subject Line Shall Be Bidder's Proof. The Time for Commencement of the Work Shall Be No Sooner Than Ten (10) Days After Common Coun-cil Shall Have Awarded the Contract and Shall Be Completed by 30th of October, 2026. No oral interpretation will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents or any part thereof. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration.
