Description

Renovation of an educational facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, San Francisco, sealed bids for a lump-sum contract are invited for this project. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and mandatory Pre-Bid Job Walk will be conducted on September 10, 2026 beginning promptly at 9:00 AM. The Electrical Contractors, must also attend the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Pre-Bid Job Walk. Only subcontractors with the C-10 who attended the Mandatory Pre-Bid Job Walk shall be able to submit a bid to the General Contractors.
