Provide geotechnical laboratory testing services to support market research for upcoming USACE-SAV requirements. Work includes performing soil classification testing, aggregate testing, concrete and asphalt testing, compaction, permeability, and consolidation testing, and chemical and physical property analysis. Firms must supply capability information confirming their ability to conduct all required testing and must provide the physical address of their laboratory facility along with confirmation that the facility is located within a 50-mile radius of both Atlanta, Georgia, and Savannah, Georgia. Participation is voluntary and solely for planning purposes, and responses will assist the Government in determining acquisition strategy and potential set-asides. Location: Within 50 miles of both Atlanta, GA, and Savannah, GA. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
