This project includes HMA Surface Milling of approximately 3.39 miles, Pavement Patching, and HMA Binder and Surface Courses. Approximate quantities for a few major pay items are 5,100 SY of Class D Patching, 40,120 SY of 2 inches HMA Surface Removal, 1,766 Tons of HMA Leveling Binder, 3,532 Tons of HMA Surface Course, and all other associated and required work. Bidders are instructed that bid and contract documents may be obtained at the office of the Project Engineer, Doland Engineering, LLC, 3939 North Wilke Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004, beginning February 5, 2026, from the Project Engineer, Jason Doland. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 is required for the contract documents. Envelopes are to be marked “Sealed Bid for the 2026 Road Maintenance Program.” The Village of Inverness reserves the right to waive any and all technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to make an award in the best interest of the Village to the lowest responsible bidder.
