Site work and renovation of a stadium in University City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and for the renovation of a stadium.
A. Summary Project Description: 1. Existing all-weather track will be replaced as part of a seperate contract at a later date. 2. Demolish existing concrete bleachers, retaining walls and walkways around the existing stadium, pavement at restroom building, any other misc items at locations for new work, 3. Construct the New retaining walls for upper sidewalks, ramps, terraced seating areas, bleachers and at track level. New concrete slabs at sidewalks, walks at restrooms and press box and slabs for new bleacher system for home side and visitors side of stadium, including walkways and stairs to access both bleacher areas and the stadium. Bleachers by others, not in this contract. All areas to have guard railing with openings at stair locations corrdinate with bleacher manufacturer. 4. New pavement walkways and fencing around track and field, coordinate with Track installer contractor ATG. 5. Construct the New Press Box, concession stand and seating areas, including all plumbing, HVAC, sound systems and light systems. 6. Access to construct bleacher slabs and retaining walls can be staged off of the Existing All-weather track (This track will be removed and replaced after the work in this current phase 2 is complete). Once the track is complete it will be off limites to all construction equipment and activities for the remainder of the construction. B. Contract Scope: Construction, demolition, and facility operations during occupancy. C. Contract Terms: Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum). Question Deadline 02/23/2026 Submit all questions min 3 days prioir to bid due date. Bidders shall direct all questions and clarifications to the owner's representative.
