Scope includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, incidentals and services required for the deployment of an Adaptive Traffic Control System (ATCS) along Pine Island Road from Orange Grove Drive to Cleary Boulevard, and Fiber Optics Signal Communication System along Pine Island Road from Orange Grove Drive to Broward Boulevard located in the Cities of Davie and Plantation, for the Broward County Highway Construction and Engineering Division. Vendors are strongly encouraged to provide all files at time of submittal, including those listed as optional, to enable a timely and comprehensive review by the County. Vendors must submit solicitation responses electronically through BPRO and receive a Submission Receipt. It is solely the Vendor's responsibility to ensure responses are submitted and received through BPRO by the closing date and time. The County will not consider responses received by other means.
