Description

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Davie, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

Remove and replace a Mitsubishi mini split with a like 3-ton unit, remove a 4-ton split system and replace it with a mini split, and replace damaged ceiling tiles, covering and sealing holes from the old unit. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. See Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria.
