This solicitation is to select one or more qualified firms to enter into a contract for lawn maintenance and related landscaping duties for CRA owned or maintained properties at various locations within the CRA area of the Town of Davie. All requirements are as per specifications herein. Bidders shall be considered only from firms that have been continuously engaged in providing products and services similar to those specified for a reasonable period and that are presently engaged in the provision of these services. Contracts will be awarded only to responsible and responsive bidders licensed and qualified by experience to do the work specified. The bidder shall submit, prior to award of contract, satisfactory evidence of their experience in similar work and that they are fully prepared with the necessary organization, capital, and equipment to complete the scope of services. Bidders must be insured, licensed, and certified by all applicable local, county, and state agencies.
