Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,121-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work of this Contract is at the City of Oshkosh Wastewater Treatment Plant and is generally described as construction of a new tertiary filtration building and associated ancillary processes, construction of a new ultraviolet (UV) disinfection building, and improvements to existing wastewater treatment plant buildings. The Project includes site work, yard piping, architectural, structural, process piping and equipment, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and instrumentation and control aspects. This Project is being financed in whole or in part by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources through the Clean Water Fund Program (CWFP). Municipalities constructing projects designated as Federal Equivalency must comply with the following federal laws and all applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations and must ensure that their contractor(s) also comply with these laws, rules, and regulations.
