Remodeling of a museum in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a museum.

Sealed bids are requested for the Buffalo History Museum Bike Room Improvements, Job No. 2119. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure the sealed proposal is delivered before the bid opening. Bidders may either drop off the sealed proposal to Room 502 of City Hall, Buffalo, New York, 14202 on the specified date between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, or mail the sealed proposals to the same address with attention to the Commissioner of Public Works, Parks and Streets, ensuring delivery prior to the bid opening. Bids must be properly labeled and deposited in the correct box if multiple bids are being accepted. Payment for bid documents must be made by company check or money order, with no cash or personal checks accepted. Bidders must attend to the requirements of the General Municipal Law regarding Certification of Non-Collusion. At the time of the bid, bidders must submit a statement indicating a commitment to work toward a business utilization goal for Minority Business Enterprise of 25% and Women Business Enterprise of 5%, as well as workforce goals of 25% minority, 5% women, and City of Buffalo resident goals. The City of Buffalo reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
