Sealed bids are requested for drainage improvements at the Buffalo History Museum. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure the sealed proposal is delivered before the bid opening. Bidders must either drop off the proposal at Room 502 of City Hall, Buffalo, NY, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the specified date, or mail the sealed proposals to the same address, allowing for delivery before the bid opening. All mailed proposals should be tracked and sent using an appropriate mail service. Bids will be opened via video/phone conference call, which bidder representatives can view by requesting an invitation. Bid documents are available for viewing and ordering through the specified website, and may also be picked up at Avalon Document Services upon non-refundable payment, by company check or money order, with no cash or personal checks accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Buffalo History Museum. Bidders are required to certify non-collusion and submit statements indicating they will work toward specified goals for minority and women business enterprise utilization and workforce participation, as well as a city resident goal. The City of Buffalo reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
