Sealed proposals are requested for the supply of sludge thickening and dewatering polymer. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms; alternate formats may be rejected. Additional sheets, if needed, must be inserted into the bid document or submitted as a separate document. Bidders must deliver all or any of the items at the prices quoted and within the specified time. All bids must be submitted in compliance with the instructions, with all pages included; incomplete submittals may be considered non-responsive. Only one fully executed bid document should be mailed, and only one bid per envelope. No email responses will be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or waive irregularities and informalities as deemed in its best interest. No bids may be withdrawn for sixty days following the scheduled closing time.
