Reference Number 0000412138 The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and resulting contract is to select a Professional Consultant to complete Applications for Section 106 Review (Appendix A) in relation to the National Historic Preservation Act in compliance with 36 CFR Part 800. The professional must meet the federal qualifications for Archaeologist, Historian, and Architectural Historian as defined in 36 CFR Part 61. The professional must be listed on attached list "Consultants Meetings Federal Qualifications for Archaeology, History, and Architectural History" (Appendix B) set forth by the Michigan State Historic Preservation Office (MI SHPO) and must comply with the United States Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations.
