Description

Installation of the remaining bottle fill stations at various buildings. Questions may be directed to Lillian Grayson, Purchasing Coordinator, at lgrayson@cvs.k12.mi.us no later than 4:00 p.m. on January 30, 2026. A bidder may withdraw their bid, unopened, if a written request is received prior to the bid opening time. The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a contract with Chippewa Valley Schools. Chippewa Valley Schools is exempt from all taxes. A tax exemption certificate will be provided upon request. All proposals must remain firm for ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening. All proposals must meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the bid documents. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items in the bid; to accept or reject any or all bids; to split the award to more among multiple bidders; to waive informalities therein; or, to award the contract to other than the lowest bidder.
