Sealed bids are requested for the Banquet 100 A/B Lighting Replacement at the Educational Service Center. Bids must be submitted on forms provided in the contract documents and accompanied by a bidder’s bond, certified, or cashier’s check payable to Macomb Intermediate School District for no less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder or any employee of the bidder and any member of the MISD School Board, Administration, or Staff must also be included. Bids lacking a bidder’s bond, certified or cashier’s check, and the sworn and notarized disclosure will be grounds for rejection. The Macomb Intermediate School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, waive irregularities, and accept the bid that best serves its interests.
