**As of February 12, 2026, this project is on hold for the time being as we are looking to approach this project** Sealed bids are requested for the procurement of a Cafeteria Serving Counter. All bids must be delivered by the specified deadline; late or non-compliant proposals will not be considered. Bids must be submitted on forms provided, including one original and one copy of the bid proposal form, pricing sheet, affidavits, and all required documentation. Proposals must comply with all specifications outlined and remain firm for ninety days from the bid opening date. Required disclosures include a sworn and notarized Iran Linked Business disclosure and a Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. The Board of Education reserves all rights to accept or reject any bids or items, to split the award, to waive informalities, and to make final decisions regarding the award. Bidders must agree to these conditions by submitting a bid. Project Objectives The District anticipates that all work will be completed during the summer of 2026, prior to the start of the new school year. The following outlines the scope of responsibilities for both Awarded Vendor and District for the successful execution of the project. The purpose of this section is to ensure all parties understand and fulfill their roles in preparation, coordination, and execution to deliver a functional, safe, and fully operational space. District Responsibilities o The District shall identify all equipment and serving lines scheduled for removal. o The Vendor shall be responsible for the removal and disposal of existing serving lines in accordance with local waste management regulations. o The Vendor shall coordinate removal activities with the District to avoid interference with other site work. 2. Room Readiness o The District shall ensure that the designated room and surrounding areas are prepared to accept al final furnishings and equipment. o Preparation includes, but is not limited to, structural readiness, accessibility, and environmental conditions suitable for installation. 3. On-Site Waste Management o The District shall provide on-site dumpsters during equipment delivery and installation for disposal of crates, packaging materials, pallets, and related debris. 4. Ceiling Tile Repairs o The District shall complete any necessary ceiling tile repairs upon project completion, including replacement of damaged tiles or adjustments required due to equipment installation.
