The District is issuing this solicitation for electric vehicle charging infrastructure and supply equipment (EVSE) in advance of its receipt of electric school buses (ESB) in an effort to proactively prepare for the equipment neededto operate these vehicles. The EVSE must meet or exceed any guidelines set forth by the State of Michigan. Contractors are expected to remain apprised of these rapidly changing regulations throughout the proposal response period, and particularly in the event of an award. RFP Contractor - Electric Bus Charging Stations. The District seeks proposals for the installation of twelve (12) Level 3 Direct Current Fast Charging (DCFC) stations Any requests for clarification regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on January 7, 2026. All communications related to this RFP must be submitted via email to the District personnel listed below, who serve as the sole points of contact for this solicitation.
