The project includes the construction of traffic signals, traffic control, and all related work incidental to the completion of the Centerra Parkway & Kinston Parkway Traffic Signals project, meeting the acceptance requirements of Centerra Metropolitan District No. 1 and the City of Loveland. Bidders must submit sealed bids as stipulated, provide bid bonds, performance and payment bonds, demonstrate qualification and experience, list subcontractors and suppliers, and must self-perform a minimum of fifty percent of the work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder as determined by the District, which reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any bid or combination of bids that best serves its interest.
