The Ranch Campus, located at 5280 Arena Circle, Loveland, CO, is in the process of implementing multiple capital improvement projects in alignment with its Phase 2 Master Plan. This phase will include a new outdoor Amphitheater, Event Plaza, Convention Center, along with a remodel of the existing Blue Arena, and the addition of a Youth Hockey Sports Complex, among other enhancements. As stated above, a Conference Hotel is also included in Phase 2 of the Master Plan, but will be under separate solicitation/contract and is not part of the contract that will result from this RFP.
