Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Loveland, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Ranch Campus, located at 5280 Arena Circle, Loveland, CO, is in the process of implementing multiple capital improvement projects in alignment with its Phase 2 Master Plan. This phase will include a new outdoor Amphitheater, Event Plaza, Convention Center, along with a remodel of the existing Blue Arena, and the addition of a Youth Hockey Sports Complex, among other enhancements. As stated above, a Conference Hotel is also included in Phase 2 of the Master Plan, but will be under separate solicitation/contract and is not part of the contract that will result from this RFP. Reference Number 0000413057 Request for Proposals are being sought to consider entering into an agreement with a highly qualified/capable Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) General Contractor to provide pre-construction and construction services in support of The Ranch Events Complex Phase 2 Master Plan. Larimer County will ONLY accept proposals from the five (5) Contractors that were pre-qualified through Larimer County's Request for Qualifications #Qu25-02, "The Ranch: Phase 2 Master Plan Construction Manager/General Contractor Services Question Deadline 02/27/2026 at 10:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online No, All questions regarding this solicitation must be emailed to the Contact Person identified below. If you do not receive a confirmation email of receipt, please call the Contact Person to verify receipt of your questions. No questions will be accepted after the date and time referenced above. All questions received will be answered via Addendum only.
