The BIDDER is responsible for visiting the sites for which it intends to bid in order to verify the surface areas, maintenance conditions, existing landscaping, the extent of the areas to be maintained, their general condition, and any other conditions specific to each site. Visits are not mandatory but are strongly recommended. The sites can be visited without an appointment, except for those listed below, for which a visit request must be made in advance.
