Description

The work consists in providing the Owner with testing laboratory services to perform quality assurance of the Construction Work performed under one or more Construction Contracts for the Jacques Cartier Bridge, sections 1 to 9, for rehabilitation and construction work from 2026 to 2031. Bidders are instructed to fill out the 'TECHNICAL OFFER' (Section 4) and 'FINANCIAL OFFER' (Section 5) forms as outlined in the 'INSTRUCTIONS TO CONSULTANTS' (Section 2). The Technical Offer form and the Financial Offer form must be returned in two separate files named 'Technical Offer' and 'Financial Offer' to the specified email address. The Consultant may submit its proposal in either of Canada's two official languages. No proposal or part thereof transmitted by fax, mail or any other means will be accepted, nor if it is received after the closing date and time. The Owner does not bind itself to accept any proposal, notably if the Owner determines that it is not in the public interest to award the Contract. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
