The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated invites proposals for Contract No 80618: Multistructures, on-demand professional services for opportunity studies, technical feasibility studies, and technical expertise for the period 2026-2029. The scope of work includes providing these services as required. The submission of a proposal indicates that the proponent has read and agrees to the conditions of the Request for Proposal Documents. Bidders must complete and submit the 'Technical Offer' (Section 4) and 'Financial Offer' (Section 5) forms as outlined in the 'Instructions to Consultants' (Section 2), returning them in two separate files named 'Technical Offer' and 'Financial Offer.' Proposals may be submitted in either of Canada's two official languages. The Owner does not bind itself to accept any proposal and may reject proposals if it is determined not in the public interest to award the Contract. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
