Renovation of a mixed-use development in Montgomery, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and laboratory facility.

Sealed proposals are requested for Prosthetics & Orthotics Lab Re-Roofing with alternates for the Nest and ASU Football Complex Roof Repairs. Bidders must submit a cashier's check or bid bond payable to Alabama State University for at least five percent of the bid amount (not more than $10,000) with their proposal. Performance and payment bonds and evidence of insurance, as detailed in the bid documents, will be required at contract signing. Drawings and specifications can be examined at the architect's office or requested electronically. Bid documents are for bidding and construction for this project only; copyright remains with the architect. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference as scheduled. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the architect (or copies). Bidders exceeding state-established amounts must hold a proper license, and this license number must be displayed on the envelope. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive technical errors if deemed in the owner's best interest. The project consists of work described in contract documents.Work includes but is not limited to roofing replacement with new asphalt shingles and low sloped roofing , dormer removal with new wood framing infill and new plywood decking, gutter and downspout replacement, misc sheet metal . In addition the work shall include deteriated or rotten exterior wood trim replacement, rotten roof decking and framing replacement per Unit Prices and some exterior painting
