Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 Window and Masonry Rehabilitation at multiple sites for Independent School District 196. In general, the work consists of the select removal of the existing window and entrance systems and associated materials at the facilities and installation of new window and entrance systems as specified as well as masonry tuckpointing, sealant joint replacement, and thru-wall flashing. It is the Owner's intent to award the Project to one Contractor. The Responsible Contractor that provides the lowest responsive Base Bid is required to provide sufficient labor force working within the District, fully equipped and staged, and staffed properly until completion of the Contract or as directed by the Owner's Representative or as directed by the Owner's Representative. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope indicating the Bidder's name and address with all additional required submittals and schedules. Envelopes shall be marked "2026 WINDOW AND MASONRY REHABILITATION BID (MULTIPLE SITES) - ISD 196" Bids shall be submitted by mail or other delivery to the place indicated above.
