Approximate quantities of major items of work include: Remove Manhole/Catch Basin (26 EA), Remove Bituminous Pavement (11,000 SY), Remove Bituminous Walk (12,500 SF), Remove Concrete Walk (19,250 SF), Remove Curb & Gutter (5,800 LF), Remove Sewer/Water/Storm Pipe (1,285 LF), Common Excavation (14,000 CY), Aggregate Base Class 5 (3,100 CY), Bituminous Pavement (2,500 TON), 4" Perforated PVC Pipe Drain (7,000 LF), Drainage Structure (48" - 72") (47 EA), RC Pipe Sewer (15"-24") (1,150 LF), Concrete Walk (28,550 SF), Concrete Curb and Gutter (6,500 LF), Seeding (1.3 AC), Boulevard Topsoil Borrow (500 CY), Silt Fence Type MS (1,800 LF), 12" DIP Watermain (85 LF). Bids will only be accepted online. Complete digital Proposal Forms, Plans, and Specifications must be downloaded through the specified website for a fee. All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Responsible Contractor form, Form 21126D, Bidder Qualification Packet, and bid bond. Only bids from contractors who purchase the official documents will be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to award the contract in the best interests of the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn within 90 days after opening. The deposits of the three lowest bidders may be retained for at least sixty (60) days after bid opening.
