Site work, paving and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Rosemount, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,133-square-foot bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The scope of work is for bridge rehabilitation on County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 66 over Daggett Brook in the City of Crosslake. The major items include 8,133 SF of Scarify Bridge Deck, 8,133 SF of Concrete Wearing Surface, and 249 SY of Concrete Approach Panels. Bids shall be submitted electronically. Minimum wage rates are predetermined and subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962. Contractors are required to follow wage scales and special provisions. Equal opportunity and non-discrimination provisions, as outlined in federal and Minnesota laws, apply. Contractors with more than 40 full-time employees must possess a compliance certificate from the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. Affirmative action requirements must be met. Plans and proposals are available for examination online and at the County Highway Department, with specified costs for download or hard copies. Bids must adhere to all stated requirements and legal obligations.
