The project is federally funded with Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (Pub. L. 116136) (CARES Act) through the U.S. Department of Urban Development (HUD) and awarded by the State of Florida Department of Commerce (formerly DEO) to the City of Vernon under CDBGCV Agreement number 22CV-S36.
