Reference Number 0000412199 Rio Blanco County is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consulting firms and teams to provide planning, architectural, engineering, and related professional services for the 2026 RBC Fairgrounds Facility Improvement Project located in Meeker, Colorado. Services are expected to include, but are not limited to: evaluation of existing Fairgrounds facilities; review of previous planning efforts; development of prioritized facility improvement recommendations; preparation of conceptual plans, cost opinions, and implementation strategies; and optional design and construction-phase support services, as authorized by the County. This solicitation is issued as an open Request for Proposals (RFP). Final scope, schedule, and level of services will be refined in coordination with the selected consultant and subject to County approval. The County reserves the right to modify the scope of services, project schedule, or procurement timeline prior to award. All interested firms must submit proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposals document.
