2025 Rio Blanco County Pavement Marking Paint Project Reference Number 0000395798 Job Location Rio Blanco County, Colorado (coordinates are - 40^ 09' 45" N, 108^ 20' 40 W) Road Name: County Roads 4, 8, 72, 7, 6, 39, 15 Length Approx. 70 miles Rio Blanco County (the "County or Owner") is seeking a Contractor for the RBC Pavement Marking Paint Project (the "Project") at 570 2nd Street, Meeker Colorado 81641. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (the "IFB") is to have a Contractor (the "Bidder") submit a written response (the "Bid") to specifically address the services required, fee, and provide a well-considered plan of execution for those services. This project shall start after September 15, 2025, with a target project completion of October 3, 2025 , pending delays due to adverse conditions.
