Rio Blanco County (the "County") is seeking a Contractor for the 2020 Rio Blanco County Museum LED Lighting Conversion (the "Project") in Meeker, Colorado. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (the "IFB") is to have a Contractor (the "Bidder") submit a written response (the "Bid") to specifically address the services required, fee, and provide a well-considered plan of execution for those services. This IFB includes all permitting, materials, labor, and equipment necessary to achieve a finished product per contracted work, including but not limited to the listed items. Work includes but is not limited to removal of all (52) Fluorescent Light Fixtures and replacing them with LED fixtures. The work under this section must include all permitting, materials, labor, and equipment necessary to achieve a finished product per contracted work, including but not limited to the listed items. Work includes but is not limited to removal of all (52) Fluorescent Light Fixtures and replacing them with LED fixtures. 1.Contractors must coordinate all work with the Rio Blanco County Facilities Manager 2.Contractor is responsible for the cleaning and disposal of the debris associated with this electrical and scope of work. 3. The construction debris will be collected in the dumpsters located across the street at the Courthouse provided by the County. 4.
