Site work and paving for a road / highway in Meeker, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Meeker School District RE-1 is seeking proposals to complete asphalt crack sealing at various locations throughout school district properties. A. The contractor shall supply all labor, permits, materials, transportation, equipment, and supervision to provide a complete, finished product meeting the Meeker School District's and the State of Colorado's requirements. B. All work shall be scheduled and coordinated with the Meeker School District to minimize impact to school district uses of facilities. Desired completion date for all work is August 1, 2025. Contractors who do not believe they can meet this timeline will provide justification and an alternative schedule with their proposal. Ability to meet the school district's desired completion date will be a factor in vendor selection. C. The contractor shall abide by and conform to all applicable codes and regulations. D. An installation schedule must be submitted along with the contractor's proposal. E. A submittal of all proposed material will be provided by the successful contractor upon award of work. F. Any exceptions to this statement of work must be detailed in the contractor's proposal. G. Contractor assumes responsibility for field verifying all site conditions, measurements and ordering all materials.
