The Transit Authority of River City (TARC) seeks qualified and experienced Contractors to provide fence and automatic gate opening replacement, repair, and continued services under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The project is focused on the ongoing maintenance, repair, and replacement of fences and automatic gate openers across TARC facilities to support the preservation and integrity of TARC’s security. Services include, but are not limited to, automatic gate installation and repair, fence installation and repair, and continuing services. Contractors must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation required to perform the work in compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications. The contract is structured for task-based orders, allowing efficient management of both scheduled and unscheduled project needs throughout the contract term. TARC intends to award a single vendor Fixed-Price contract with Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity for a term of three years, with an option for one additional two-year term, for a total of five years, to a highly qualified professional firm with the best value proposal.
