Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Celina, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Swinerton Builders is seeking qualified subcontractors and suppliers on behalf of the City of Celina to provide pricing (bids) for the underground conduit trench system within Walnut Street (FM 455) adjacent to the Celina Downtown Center Project. The project is intended to commence by March 16th, 2026 and be substantially completed by April 22nd, 2026. The project will involve the following trades: Earthwork (trenching, backfill & rough grading), utilities duct bank, concrete (encasement & pads), directional boring. TXDOT Certification is not required. Sales taxes should be excluded. Scope questions and bids should be sent via electronically. This project will start quickly and your company must have capacity and capability to execute the work within the timeline allotted. Your company must be able to pass the prequal screening and sign our MSA.
